Cleaner - Christchurch House, Ipswich Salary: £11.50 per hour 16 hours per week - Permanent Job Ref: CCH044
The Role
The purpose of this post is to provide cleaning at the service, to all communal and staff areas (including, communal halls, corridors and stairways, sanitary accommodation, kitchens, staff room, offices and stores) in addition to the cleaning of any voids.
Ensuring the building is clean and tidy and robust infection control is practiced.

Christchurch House is located in the heart of Ipswich Town centre, within short walking distance of shops, Ipswich Library and Tower Ramparts bus station.
Christchurch House is a 38 bed supported accommodation unit providing shared accommodation for Vulnerable16-24 year old young people.
Your duties will include:
* Cleaning in accordance with agreed schedules, covering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks.
* Being responsible for keeping storage facilities tidy and locked when not in use in accordance with COSHH regulations.
* Being responsible for reporting any items which are becoming worn or damaged and needing replacement.
* Removing and disposing of litter and keep all communal and staff areas tidy.
* Carrying out any other cleaning works as directed by the Service Manager (such as voids).
