Performance Analyst (12 month FTC) London (GB)

Brief Role Objective:
The Performance Measurement team is an integral part of Propositions within LGT and provides performance, attribution, and ex-post risk to many parts of the business and to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The key focus of this role is to support all internal business areas of LGT and external clients and consultants through the provision of comprehensive, accurate, timely, and relevant fund performance analysis.
Key Regulatory Responsibilities:
* Generate performance, attribution, ex-post risk along with investigating queries on both a regular and ad-hoc basis across all Funds, Models, and Client portfolios.
* Produce performance and attribution reports utilizing various software packages (FactSet, MorningStar).
* Undertake bespoke analysis to assist Investment Managers, Presentations, and Client Relations.
* Assist with projects to deliver improvements to the team’s ability to provide industry-leading investment analytics.
* Support the performance team within LGT as appropriate.
Your Profile
Key Skills and Technical Requirements:
This role is suited to someone who has performance experience gained within a large asset management company dealing in multiple asset classes. Knowledge of the above systems, particularly FactSet, would be beneficial.
Core Skills:
* Highly numerate.
* Strong PC skills, particularly Excel.
* Good communication, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
* Accuracy.
* Ability to respond to challenging deadlines and to deal with ad hoc demands from the business.
Other Skills and Attributes:
* Degree in subject with high analytical content e.g. Maths/Science/Economics.
