* A relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication skills to confidently engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
* Well-organized and able to manage their own workload effectively.
* Experience in maintaining a cloud-based contact center environment.
* Proficiency in managing call groups, call flows, and user accounts in both cloud and on-premises telephony environments.
* A solid understanding of key telecommunications technologies, such as Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and call flow management.
Responsibilities:
* As the Senior Telecoms Infrastructure Administrator, your primary duties will include:
* Collaborating with the business to design, implement, manage, and support our group telecoms platforms. This encompasses account creation and management, call flow management, and providing support to staff in resolving issues.
* Maintaining relationships with platform providers to ensure consistent account management and reviewing licensing with appropriate internal teams.
* Planning and preparing for any expansion or changes within the Group.
* Actively ensuring that software licensing across all environments in use within the Group is accurately recorded and compliant.
