What you will do in your working day
* To communicate and build good lasting relationships with existing and new clients
* Answer all calls and direct them to the most appropriate member of the team
* Work closely with the developers on a range of projects
* Participate in the development process from the working brief, through the design, build, test, release, and maintenance of the website
* Organise and manage own workload
* Organise, manage and correctly log work relating to our clients
For our maintenance clients, this includes but isn’t limited to:
* Testing contact forms
* Browser testing
* Produce relevant reports
* Requested content updates
* Security checks and updates
* Aid with technical support requests
* Participate in cross-service activities and projects as required
* Assist with translating user requirements into technical specifications, test cases and subsequently into program code
* Report to the project manager and managing director
The training you will be getting
* Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard Qualification
* Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
* Apprenticeship training will be delivered online from our Head office Wise Origin College
* Full support from the tutor for the duration of the Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship standard is designed to prepare successful apprentices to meet the requirements for registration as a:
* Level 3 with Register of IT Technicians
