Job Title: Training Administrator – Driver Training Location: Stoney Stanton Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time, On-Site Salary: £24,570 – £30,000 (Dependent on Experience) About the Role We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join our Driver Training Team, supporting the delivery of high-quality training programmes across the business. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient administrative and coordination support to the Talent, Learning, and Development function, contributing to our wider people agenda. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer mandatory internal and external training for allocated functions, providing cover for other areas as needed. Manage annual training plans and Driver CPC (DCPC) courses in line with seasonal business needs and DVSA approval requirements. Maintain accurate training records, including issuing and filing training certificates using Workday. Provide support to managers and employees on learning and development processes, with a focus on your designated function(s). Liaise with third-party training providers and support supplier reviews. Ensure GDPR compliance through regular data cleansing and secure storage of training records. Generate and report on training KPIs and completion metrics. Handle training-related invoicing, including raising/receipting purchase orders, submitting accruals, and challenging discrepancies. Manage training request processes and support users with system queries. Support the running of the Training Centre, including room bookings, IT coordination, HSSE communications, and refreshments. Maintain and update SharePoint sites with relevant training content. Organise team events and occasionally travel to support onsite activities, such as away days or celebrations. Assist with new starter inductions where required. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in administration and coordination, ideally within a training or L&D environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with invoice and supplier query management. Knowledge of data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR) and experience handling sensitive data. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset. Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS), particularly Workday, is desirable.
