Your new role ASEND are looking for an individual with an administrative background to work as an SEN Admin in a Secondary School catering to pupils with SEN in Bushey, Hertfordshire. Ideally the SEN Admin would have held a similar post in a school before as well as this, the right candidate will have experience working with pupils with additional needs and is looking to support the paperwork side of pupils’ provisions. This is for 3-5 days a week and has an immediate start. We’re looking for a candidate who has some of the following skills: Managing Information Is able to manage information and use this to inform others Focuses on practical solutions Picks up new information quickly Effectively negotiates to ensure the work is completed. Customer Service Builds listening and responsive relationships with students and colleagues Summarises complicated issues in accessible ways. Communicates well in writing and in person.
