Job summary The Community Rehabilitation service uses a whole-team approach to support individuals with long-term enduring mental health challenges to develop a well-rounded and long-lasting recovery within the community. Main duties of the job The job purpose is to work with direction from the Open Mental Health Service Manager, and Senior Operations Manager, to ensure effective management and development of the Somerset Community Rehabilitation Service in line with aims and objectives agreed by the partnership. The Team Manager will oversee the VCSE management matrix and work alongside the SFT Operational Service Manager to provide leadership and foster a one team culture.
