What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries, resolving issues via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, guiding users through solutions Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment and software Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction Provide training and support to users on various IT systems and tools What We’re Looking For: Experience in a 1st and 2nd line support role or similar IT position Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and common applications Understanding Networks (LAN & Wireless) Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to learn new technologies quickly
