Customer Service Advisor Temporary - Until April 2025 Full Time £33,000 Our client based in lovely offices in Kingston are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team up until April 2025 The role will involve: Managing and carrying out investigations into complex cases and complaints throughout the customer journey to resolution Ensuring complaints are acknowledged and responded to Raising safeguarding concerns where neccessary Identifying and escalating any high risk cases Working with other teams Ensuring that a great response is provided to the customer The successful candidate will: Have experience delivering first-class customer service and responding to complaints. Have experience being creative in thinking outside of the box to quickly resolve problems.
