Job summary As a care assistant in Parkside outpatients you will be expected to support the nursing staff with managing our outpatient clinics as well as supporting our Pre op team with booking patient appointments. You will act as an advocate and chaperone regularly in clinics and will support both patients and consultants with the needs that arise from the clinic you are looking after. You will need to be a well organised and highly motivated individual who strives to ensure both our patients and consultants have great care and management whilst they are attending or holding clinics. Main duties of the job Our new state of the art Private Outpatient Department a has 4 spacious consulting rooms and a fully equipped Minor-Ops rooms situated on the third floor of the new Heatherwood Hospital. Our department will be open from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 8pm and on Fridays, 8am to 7.30pm.
