An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute HR professional who has a passion for employee relations. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a newly created, office based role, providing operational HR advice and support to managers across the business in all areas of people management.The role
* Be the first point of contact for all Employee relations issues across the business.
* Work closely with the Head of HR to develop a positive performance management culture
* Supporting and coaching managers on all areas of the employee lifecycle with particular focus on absence and performance management
* Developing and reviewing policies and procedures ensuring the business remains compliant, HR policies, employment law and current HR best practice
About you?Applicants will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with a proven track record in operating as a generalist within a fast paced changing environment. You will have depth in your experience and be a future focused person who enjoys approaching situations with solutions and who is able to challenge appropriately and debate ideas to find the best way forward. Naturally you will have a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law as well as policy development and best practice.
