Benefits: Free onsite gym Free parking onsite at head office Discretionary bonus scheme payable twice annual Pension contribution Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave Duties and Responsibilities: Process high volume invoices into SAGE Matching purchase order’s and delivery notes Request and chase up approvals of invoices Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox Reconcile statements, requesting documents where required Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary Deal with CIS and subcontractors Person Specification: Strong Purchase Ledger experience Previous experience with SAGE 50/ SAGE 200 Strong computer skills including MS Excel Good interpersonal skills This is a full time, office based position on a permanent basis.
