Title: Affiliate & Influencer Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful and rapidly growing D2C retail brand focusing on key markets including US, UK and EMEA regions.
As an Affiliate & Influencer manager, you will be a crucial part of the mission to help launch out the new Affiliate programme whilst expanding on current affiliate program while building a diverse portfolio of influencers. You'll focus on recruiting and managing Nano, Micro, Mid-tier, Macro, and Mega influencers (including those with 1M+ followers) and work across various platforms, namely Meta & TikTok. In doing so, you will build a robust collection of User-Generated Content (UGC) that drives engagement, creates lasting connections with our global community and in turn delivers revenue into the business.usiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Influencer & UGC Recruitment: Identify, approach, and onboard influencers across all tiers (Nano, Micro, Mid-tier, Macro, Mega). Expand our UGC portfolio by recruiting creators from TikTok and Meta Creator Marketplaces, ensuring a steady stream of fresh, on-brand content.
* Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute influencer-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Work closely with influencers to ensure campaigns are impactful and that the UGC created resonates with their audiences while driving brand awareness and sales.
* Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on influencer and UGC campaign performance, analysing metrics like views, engagement traffic, and conversions. Use this data to guide our influencers to improve on their campaigns and improve future results.
* Content Collaboration: Guide and manage influencers to provide them with high-quality content guidelines and resources, ensuring the content they create is in line with our brand aesthetics and marketing goals. Work closely with the creative team to support UGC production.
* Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers across all levels and platforms. Offer them ongoing support and resources to help them succeed, both in terms of affiliate sales and creating high-quality UGC.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management on influencer and UGC performance, offering recommendations for campaign improvements based on data-driven analysis.
* Market Research: Stay on top of influencer marketing trends, including emerging platforms and new ways to leverage TikTok and Meta Creator Marketplaces for UGC. Ensure the business is ahead of the curve and continually evolving its approach to influencer engagement and content creation.
* Affiliate & UGC Support: Act as a resource for influencers, answering questions and addressing any challenges they may face while participating in the affiliate program or creating UGC for TikTok and Meta.
* Act as a brand guardian and ensure all activations that pass through this channel, adhere to the Brand Guidelines
Key requirements
* 3 to 5 years of Affiliate experience ideally gained in and/or online Retail environment or agency.
* Able to build strong collaborative relationships, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Commercial understanding with proven experience of driving sales with a revenue and ROAS focus.
* A self-starter mind-set, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
* Demonstrate innovative ideas which support business growth.
* Pro-active with driving own development and willing to share ideas with the wider team.
* Comfortable using Excel and Google Analytics.
* Proficient in using influencer management platforms (Sprout Social, Up fluence, Meltwater etc).
* A keen eye for detail is essential for handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field.
* If you have experience in SEO, PPC, or Digital Marketing strategies that would be ideal but not essential
