We’re looking for a Operations Administrator to join our growing site in Thatcham. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and advanced excel skills.
Joining us on a full-time, on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday, between hours of 8am-4:30pm

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,840 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Liaise with Supervisors to understand their resource requirements
* Be a point of contact for temp agencies; liaising with them to book temporary staff, report concerns, resolve queries and ensure a smooth service to the business
* Become a Subject Matter Expert for our Time & Attendance system, ADP eTime; training new starters on the system and ensuring it is being used correctly
* Work closely with Finance to support with audits & invoices
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience working within a fast paced administration role
* Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information
* Previous experience within using a time & attendance system would be an advantage
