Site Manager - Planned Maintenance (Harlow) Location: Harlow Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Car Allowance We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on a maintenance contract on a block of flats in Harlow, covering scaffolding, roofing, and fire stopping works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management within the construction or social housing sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. Coordinate scaffolding, roofing, and fire stopping works, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure project milestones are met, reporting progress to senior management. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Work closely with clients, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder management. Requirements: SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness certification (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of site management experience, ideally within maintenance or refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of scaffolding, roofing, and fire stopping.
