Senior UX Designer

Location: Glasgow, UK

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent with Hybrid Working

Package: £50,000 - £60,000 base plus bonus and benefits


MRG is delighted to be partnering with one of our key Financial Services clients in Glasgow, as they look to hire an experienced Senior UX Designer to join their marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
4. Perform usability testing and analyse feedback to refine designs.
5. Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables.
6. Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interaction designs for web and mobile platforms.
7. Work with our in-house User Research department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
