You will
* Manage all areas of ‘housekeeping’ across the estate.
* Supervise and assist with cleaning functions to the required standard.
* Complete some small repairs and make safe.
* Manage performance of the servicing operatives.
* Report all equipment faults and any safety critical issues via the appropriate reporting system.
* Complete compliance checks.
* Ensure that all stock & staffing levels are maintained within budget.
* You will be required to have your own vehicle and travel between stations.
* Weekends and bank holidays are standard working days.
* You will be expected to help if needed in any of the other NYMR commercial outlets as required.
Personal Specification
* Experience of leading and working within a team delivering cleaning and servicing provision over multiple sites.
* Full driving licence with the ability to drive up to 3.5 tonne vehicles.
* NVQ3 or CITB L3 Cleaning and Support Services.
* Experience of managing a cleaning team with the transport or heritage rail sector.
* First Aid at Work Certificate.
