Your role in elevating the East Midlands You will be supporting the HR Officer Recruitment, the People team and your colleagues in the administration of a wide range of HR services. These include new starter support, employee payroll, pensions, onboarding, rewards, and benefit schemes as required, as well as the administration of resourcing and recruitment processes. You will:- Support key HR tasks such as payroll, pensions and benefits schemes. Accurately input HR, resourcing and recruitment data onto our systems. Be the first point of contact for handling general HR and payroll, expenses and leave processes, and similar queries Support the creation and sharing of documents, data and reports. Support and administer timely and accurate employment contracts and addendum processing Support HR colleagues and hiring managers with resourcing and recruitment activity. Support effective, best practice candidate communications. Contribute towards onboarding activities for new hires. Provide general HR support, as required, and participating in HR projects and initiatives. Your profile This is an HR generalist role with involvement across as broad range of support services, so as a minimum we are looking for experience of delivering a good quality administration, support and/or customer service. Should ideally have HR admin experience and it is helpful if you have recruitment experience. However, we are open to other backgrounds if you can show your skills and experience are relevant. You will need to bring: A good standard of general education, and demonstrable English, IT and numerical skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and databases. Good team working, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal colleagues and external partners. Excellent organisational skills, with experience of successfully managing multiple priorities and working at pace. Attention to detail and pride in your accuracy and high standards. Proven ability to achieve goals and overcome challenges. An enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach. An appreciation of the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
