Job Title: Head of Sales Services
Location: Hybrid (min. 3 days per week in office) - Newcastle upon Tyne
Recognition One are delighted to be partnered with one of the North East's most exciting businesses. Our client is a leading, multi-award winning B2B outsourced demand and lead generation business who support major enterprise organisations to boost pipeline, sales profits and revenues.
About the Role
They are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic leader to join their growing team as Head of Service Delivery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive the success of the Outsource Sales Development delivery department consisting of over 50 SDRs and 6 Team Leaders. The role is leading that team that delivers high-performance sales and lead generation strategies. You’ll play a key part in driving customer retention, growth, and overall success, all while ensuring that best practices are maintained and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Outsourced Lead Generation Service department, ensuring that high-performance standards and best practices are implemented and maintained across the team.
* Develop and mentor sales team leaders, driving performance, skill development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Continuously optimize service delivery for efficiency and quality, ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
* Champion a customer-focused approach, building strong relationships and resolving complex issues efficiently.
* Drive financial performance, aligning with operational targets to exceed retention and growth goals.
* Analyse and report key performance data to assess the effectiveness of service delivery, providing senior leadership with actionable insights.

* Proficiency in performance data analysis and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft).
* Proven ability to lead teams through change and navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments.
