Our client, a leading global engineering company, is seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of product and process quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. We’re looking for a practical, hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to quality management. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring best practices, and fostering a culture of quality across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Use QMS data to drive product and process improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction. Oversee audits, manage non-conformances, and ensure ISO certification compliance. Work cross-functionally to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organisation.
