Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and co-ordinating construction activities for the CRSTS projects within the local area Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality Managing site operations, schedules, and resources Executing and coordinating project plans Liaising closely with PMs, network highway team, NEC PM, and site supervisors Communicating and problem-solving any delays affecting project delivery Ensuring compliance with safety regulations across the site Handling site logistics, risk management, and problem-solving with NEC4 PM & site supervisor Job Requirements: Experience in highway construction projects Strong project management and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Excellent communication and coordination abilities Understanding of NEC4 contract management Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards Proven problem-solving and risk management capabilities Experience in liaising with contractors and sub-contractors If you have experience in managing construction projects within the highways sector and are looking for a challenging contract role, we would love to hear from you.
