Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of site-based sales professionals to drive results and exceed sales targets. Ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies, policies, and initiatives. Provide support, coaching, and motivation to your team, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives. Oversee the customer journey, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless buying process. About You A proven sales leader with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in the housebuilding industry is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills in high-volume sales sectors. A skilled people manager with the ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team. Knowledge of property and contracts legislation, customer service, and marketing is desirable. A results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
