This is a permanent part-time position of 29.7 hours.
Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part-time hours.
The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
To provide an effective administrative and clerical service in relation to the management of the IVT and macula service and working with external partnership agencies to ensure the smooth running for the Ophthalmology service. Run reports and liaise with clinicians, nurses, AHP, patients, Community optometrists, and managers. Accurate input of patient details from clinical outcomes to the appropriate return waiting lists and prompt booking of return outpatient’s vacant capacity.
The Post Holder Will Be Expected To Work With The Existing Waiting List Coordinators To Implement And Manage Monitoring Of The Administrative Systems. Demonstrate Their Ability For:
* Problem solving
* Improving efficiency
* Expanding capacity to deliver activity
* Reducing inappropriate demand on services
* Developing and implementing best practice
