Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of exam administration, including the planning, organization, and coordination of internal and external examinations.
2. Ensure compliance with examination regulations and guidelines set by relevant authorities.
3. Maintain accurate student data and assessment records, ensuring they are updated and managed effectively.
4. Collaborate with academic staff to support the assessment and reporting processes.
5. Generate and analyze data reports to support school improvement initiatives.
6. Liaise with parents, students, and external examination bodies regarding examination queries and concerns.
7. Provide training and support for staff involved in examination processes and data management.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems and procedures.
Requirements:
1. A relevant qualification in data management, education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in examination administration and data management within an educational setting.
3. Strong knowledge of examination regulations and procedures.
4. Proficiency in using data management software and systems, with excellent IT skills.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
