The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead the branch that started it all for us, in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a proven track record in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the overall operations of the Christchurch branch, ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the branch's client base and revenue streams.
3. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
Requirements:
1. Experience in recruitment with a proven track record.
2. Leadership or managerial experience in recruitment or sales.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
5. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
