Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Salary: £33,000-£38,000 (up to £19.50 per hour) + £5,000 welcome bonus
Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours)
Shifts: Options of Days only (7.30am - 8pm) or Nights only (7.30pm - 8am) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Summary:
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse within an Acute Mental Health Hospital for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorder in an established 24 hour care environment. The hospital also has a CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure service for young people aged 13-18 years.
You can choose to work in either the Adult Service or the CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) department of the hospital, please state your preference on point of application.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
2. Care Management: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
3. Team Support: Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative environment.
4. Record Keeping: Observe, record, and report changes in service users, maintaining accurate care records.
You will work in a busy ward environment that offers a mix of routine and variety, keeping you engaged and motivated.
Requirements:
You will be either a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
NMC registration
Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
