Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Review daily care notes: Monitor inboxes, log care notes into the audit tool, highlight gaps, chase carers for missing information, and upload onto One Touch for clinical review.
* Red flag monitoring: Refer to a list of red-flag wording when reviewing care notes and escalate concerns to the Clinical Lead or Care Coordinator.
* Phone management: Answer calls, take messages, direct them to the correct people, and ensure issue resolution by the end of each day.
* Daily huddle attendance: Participate in daily meetings to gain insights into operational challenges and care package issues.
* System migration support: Transfer documents from the RDS system to One Touch to phase out the use of RDS.
* Contingency plan updates: Assist clinical leads in reviewing and updating client contingency plans.
* Support for supervisions: Depending on experience, assist with online supervisions for Support Workers.
The Successful Applicant
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in clinical or health care support roles (Not Essential).
* Attention to detail and experience reviewing care documentation (Not Essential).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with health care systems (e.g., One Touch, RDS) is beneficial.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
