Job Title: Management Assessor
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Essential Criteria;
Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must have current experience delivering full Operations Departmental Manager Apprenticeships.
Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
Must hold solid, occupational Management competency.
Must have a good level of ICT skills.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face group workshops when required.
Must be flexible with travel.Duties:
Assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Team Leading up to Level 3.
Delivering online learning and face to face group workshops when required.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely reviews, paperwork, EPA and general administration.Please note:
