Receptionist - If you are seeking a full time opportunity to kick start your career, this could be the job for you We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to to cover the reception desk of the Swindon hub, support Facilities Management, and provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our visitors and ensuring efficient operational flow within our office. Day-to-day of the role: Greet visitors, manage security passes, and oversee the reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing post and couriers. Maintain kitchen supplies, stationery, and report any facility issues. Maintain Health & Safety standards, including keeping up to date with regulations, maintaining logs, DSE checks, and providing employee support within the hub. Coordinate refreshments and lunches for visitors and manage meeting room bookings. Provide administrative support including maintaining monthly reports, coordinating team meetings, and tracking expenses. Handle confidential information with utmost confidentiality. Plan and coordinate events and meetings, ensuring a professional experience. Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, and newsletters. Manage the calendar of the Vice President Strategic Growth, issue reminders, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Work independently on special projects, creating project plans and timelines. Arrange business travel and assist with travel and expense reports. Maintain business continuity records and team distribution lists.
