Job Title: Sr. Demand Planning Manager (B2B & Events) Contract: 12 Month FTC Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office Hours: 35 Reports to: Sr. Director, Marketing Overview of Role We are seeking a dynamic a Sr. Demand Planning Manager (B2B & Events) for our EMEA B2B Marketing team. You'll enhance partner relationships and grow our reputation through large-scale events, while driving brand awareness and demand. You’ll collaborate with various teams and manage complex projects. This role requires quick adaptation and impactful results. What You’ll Do Develop and execute Commerce marketing plans for UK/EMEA, aligning with global strategy and regional needs. Own and deliver the Commerce events strategy to meet EMEA business and marketing goals. Design and execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and deliver strong ROI. Engage proactively with various teams to create integrated marketing plans and leverage global strategies. Manage external agencies to ensure maximum ROI from outsourced spend. Track and optimise campaign success based on insights and success metrics. What We’re Looking For Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills, with experience managing complex events. Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse organisations, management levels, and personalities; experience with marketing technology stacks is an advantage. Proven experience in B2B demand generation and events marketing. Strong background in B2B inbound marketing, including thought leadership, web and content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM. Proven record of supporting sales to meet/exceed pipeline and revenue targets and being an analytically driven decision maker.
