Position Overview:
As a HR Transformation Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in reshaping people strategies and workforce models within the defence, intelligence, and national security sectors. You’ll work closely with key government clients to tackle enterprise-level people challenges, orchestrate rapid shifts in organisational culture, and introduce transformative technologies to future-proof HR practices and talent strategies.
What You’ll Bring as a HR Transformation Consultant:
* Eligibility: British passport holder with current DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
* Background: Prior experience within Defence, Law Enforcement, National Security, Counter-Terrorism, or the broader Public Sector environment.
* Expertise: Solid knowledge of HR processes, workforce transformation initiatives, and enabling technologies across areas such as L&D, talent acquisition, employee rewards, performance management, and organisational development.
* Strategic Insight: Proven ability to assess and enhance business outcomes through workforce strategy, driving both efficiency and positive employee experience.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and analytical skills, ensuring buy-in at all levels.
* Commercial Awareness: Deep understanding of HR’s strategic impact in meeting organisational goals.
* Innovation Track Record: Experience designing and deploying next-gen HR delivery models aligned to client needs.
* Tech-Savvy: Practical experience with advanced HR technology platforms, including AI-driven systems and cognitive solutions, to streamline processes and elevate workforce engagement.
* Future-Ready Thinking: Familiarity with emerging tech such as AR/VR in areas of learning, engagement, and retention.
* Digital Acumen: Awareness of digital transformation roadmaps, associated risks, and evolving HR technology trends.
