Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency. We will count on you to: Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement effective controls. Monitor and report on risk management activities and compliance. Provide training and support to team members on risk management best practices. What you need to have: A degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in risk management or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. What makes you stand out: Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or equivalent. Experience in a consulting environment.
