JRRL are looking for an Administrator to be responsible for overseeing the daily operational flying programme and coordinating with each of the company’s departments. This position involves proactively planning flights across the UK as well as Central Europe for new and existing clients.This Administration role requires exceptional relationship management and customer service skills, as well as a high level of time management and attention to detail. Please note: The role is Monday to Friday however you will be expected to take emergency calls over the weekend every 3rd weekend, on a shift basis with 2 other team members. This will include offering out of hours support to clients on occasion, a laptop and phone will be provided. Duties of the Administrator: Monitor the daily flying programme, build and prepare schedules Flight Plan according to Operations Manual, procedures and regulations including Crewing, considering safety amongst all Coordinate with the Maintenance departments concerning scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements Manage handling, permits (If applicable) and Third-Party services related to existing and future flights Evaluate and initiate the company Emergency Response Plan Proactively improve personal, technical and company knowledge by speaking to colleagues, department managers and external professional whilst adhering to group wide policies and core values Personal Specification for the Administrator: The candidate will need a fast paced, flexible work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and requirements Have the ability to plan and prioritise workloads with a meticulous attention to detail Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently as well as within a team Excellent oral and written skills including being a strong and confident communicator with positive interpersonal skills Have a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with a diverse range of clientele with a self-motivated work approach Ideally this role would someone with an interest in the aviation industry or mechanical engineering You will need to be a driver and have a car for this position or live in the Biggin Hill area of Kent Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday plus on call during weekends 1 out of 3 Benefits: Contributory private health insurance, Health Assured mental health app, 23 days leave plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday This is a permanent role and a great opportunity for someone to join this company and progress in this exciting industry.
