Marketing Associate (9-month FTC)

A bit about the job:
As a Marketing Associate in our Intermediary Marketing team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns aimed at financial advisers. Working closely with account executives and marketing managers, you’ll create and implement targeted email, social media, and website campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads for Aviva. You’ll also support key initiatives such as our rebranding and Part VII communications, ensuring that our message reaches a wide range of customer groups. In this role, you’ll need to be analytical, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Proven marketing experience, ideally in a B2B and/or B2C role
2. Strong understanding of marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
3. Ability to analyse data and measure the impact of campaigns.
4. Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and brings fresh ideas.
5. Knowledge of financial services or protection products (desirable).

6. Salary – Up to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
