Ref 11043 Office Administrator Mansfield, Nottinghamshire 7.00am – 3.30pm, Monday to Thursday (2.30pm finish on a Friday) £12.21 per hour This is a temporary to permanent position Our client, a dynamic and growing company, are dedicated to delivering excellence in their field. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of their office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you Job Requirements for the Office Administrator: Print daily frame production files, cassette orders, labels, and drawings Handle office calls, assisting customers and employees Process 3rd party orders, pricing, and SOP imports Print additional paperwork as requested (drawings, job sheets) Communicate with customers and suppliers via email Manage invoicing and update delivery dates on the tracker Provide delivery notes for 3rd party deliveries Create laminate sheets and book in deliveries when needed Organise and file office paperwork Handle re-upload emails for framing and HR form scanning Coordinate with schedulers on framing paperwork issues Experience required for the Office Administrator: To apply for the role, you must have worked in an office environment Strong computer skills The ability to work on your own initiative All respondents to this position must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
