This role offers you the opportunity to broaden your design experience as you will work collaboratively with our friendly team across a number of creative areas including onsite, paper, digital and photography.
Innovation is key as we look for new ideas which will improve the customer experience and our business processes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
With a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, you will be ultra-enthusiastic and keen to support the team on any and every aspect of design. You will work across all our brands, and as a member of the creative team you will be responsible for the design, build and testing of emails and web pages and assisting each with the delivery of our brands print design. A strong creative ability to come up with original ideas is crucial, as is the ability to confidently code in HTML and CSS.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Design and build onsite areas and emails to meet marketing requirements.
* Manage workload and priorities.
* Produce creative solutions that are built using HTML and tested to our required specification across all devices for both we.
* Optimise our sites to maximise performance.
* To ensure work produced is compatible with mainstream devices and tested on all standard internet browsers.
* To work within and assist in the production of schedules to meet go live dates for update/offers on our websites and emails.
* Where relevant, liaise with relevant departments (IS, Merchandise, Marketing and Customer Service) as necessary to ensure the smooth production and implementation of work.
* Assist with production of materials for print design, including our mail order books.
* To be focussed on development and learning to progress both your personal skills and our online offering.
* To be committed to the fair treatment of customers at all times.
ABOUT YOU
Essential
* Can demonstrate a wealth of experience and knowledge in web, email and print design.
* Have excellent HTML and CSS skills.
* Have excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Xd
* Have a strong creative ability to turn briefs into engaging campaigns.
* Have a good understanding of usability, user experience and the general workings of ecommerce sites and related media.
* Have a good understanding of different browsers and devices.
* Design/Mail Order creative skills an advantage.
* Have the ability to adapt to new and existing technologies.
* Have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Can work individually and as part of a team.
* Have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

* Able to travel to Bradford city centre

* Educated to degree level or similar
