Interim Finance Partner – Costing Immediately Required
Our client, a well-respected public sector body in South Wales, is looking for a Finance Partner specialising in Costing and Value to come on board on a temporary basis until March 2025.
Location: South Wales (Open to Fully Remote working for the right candidate)
Hours: [Specify hours per week (Monday-Friday)]

Day to Day Duties:
1. Develop our NHS finance costing model for the trust including:
2. Expand the range of services and activities which we cost within our costing model/returns.
3. Work with services across the organisation to identify, validate and use activity information for costing.
4. Implement improvements and automation to our Microsoft Excel costing model and develop reporting mechanisms including dashboard reporting.
5. Support value work within the organisation including:
6. Develop value analysis of the trusts services.
7. Undertake benchmarking and use benchmarking information to drive forward improvement.
8. Create a value projects database.
9. Excellent communication skills dealing with a range of services across the organisation.
10. Strong technical finance and analytical skills.
11. Advanced Excel skills.
12. NHS costing experience.
13. Power BI skills (desirable but not essential).
