If this sounds like you, our client is hiring an Account Executive, Paid Search to join their dynamic media team!
The Role:
As an Account Executive, Paid Search, you’ll manage and optimize paid search campaigns, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional performance. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to craft innovative strategies and drive impactful results.
Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Support the day-to-day running of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
* Optimization: Perform daily pacing adjustments and refine campaign performance to meet budgetary and KPI goals.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports, providing actionable insights and weekly updates to clients and internal teams.
* Client Satisfaction: Develop trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
* Strategy Development: Collaborate on the creation of optimization strategies and execute testing methodologies for paid search campaigns.
* Platform Mastery: Build expertise in paid search tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in search marketing to implement best practices.
What You Bring:
* Experience: At least 12 months (including internships) managing paid search campaigns, ideally within a media agency environment.
* Skills:
* Expertise in creating search media plans, paid activation, optimization, and reporting.
* A proactive and self-starter attitude, thriving in dynamic environments.
* Strong communication and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid search platforms.
* Familiarity with campaign management technologies and data analysis tools.
