Job Title: Water Hygiene Sales Coordinator
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Salary / Benefits: £24k - £30k + Training + Benefits
We are working with an industry leading provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella Management services who are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Sales Coordinator to join their longstanding team in the South East. You will have extensive experience working in a customer facing sales role, ideally within a legionella management company. You will be supporting and assisting the sales team, preparing quotes, proposals, and reports. For the successful candidate, our client can offer a generous holiday allowance, competitive basic salary, and company incentive scheme.
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Will have experience working for a Legionella / Water Hygiene Management company.
2. Experience working in a sales / customer facing role.
3. Keen eye for detail.
4. Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face.
5. Will be IT literate, able to use CRM systems.
6. Able to work and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
7. Able to prioritise work loads in line with company and client needs.
The Role:
1. Working closely with the internal sales team, assisting in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
2. Working on internal systems, ensuring to keep the CRM systems up to date and accurate with relevant information.
3. Liaising with clients, providing high quality customer service, dealing with any enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Providing support to the Operations team, engineers, and accounts to ensure smooth day to day running of jobs.
5. Communicating with clients to confirm work to be carried out.
6. Organising engineer's schedules, assigning them to projects correctly.
7. Ensuring work is being carried out in line with agreed time frames and agreed budgets.
8. Attending client sales meetings, discussing and identifying opportunities for growth, development, and upselling.
9. Identifying ways to improve systems and processes internally.
10. Ensuring work is completed in line with industry relevant regulations and company policies and procedures.
11. Maintaining the company's professional image, ensuring to present yourself in a respectable and professional manner.
