We are looking for someone with care knowledge to join our team who has proven experience in a domiciliary care setting. Due to the nature of the job, we need someone to help in the office and out in the field. The ideal candidate would be required to carry out the following duties:
1. Prepare monthly paperwork, drop off to clients' houses & audit it at the end of the month.
2. Monitor service user medication, checking paperwork & updating details accordingly.
3. Keep on top of staff training, ensuring they are up to date with online training & manual handling.
4. Conduct spot checks on the care staff to ensure they are complying with company policies.
You will not be limited to the above duties and may be required to assist management when needed. You may also be needed to provide office cover (once you know the business) when management are off. This post is for 16 hours per week and the timing/days can be flexible. We are happy to discuss this at the interview stage. There is room to grow within the company and there will be training opportunities.
