Accounts Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Basic Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 Per Annum depending on experience

Our well-respected client, established for over 30 years with a worldwide presence, is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team on a Full Time Temporary basis till April 2025 starting immediately!
As an Accounts Assistant, your role will be:
* Assist and support the company's commercial accountant for UK and UAE site.
* Control account reconciliation.
* Balance sheet reviews and variance analysis.
* Ensure management accounts are up to date.
* Analysis of accounts against budget and provide due diligence information.
* Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly records within reporting.
* Support the Company Accountant as and when required.
* Provide full administrative support within the accounts team.
* Assist in month-end activities and reporting as required.

Accounts Assistant requirements:
* Previous Accounts Assistant experience is essential.
* Previous experience in SAGE and skilled in Excel is essential.
* Immediately available.
* Likeable and enthusiastic personality with a great work ethic.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Great attention to detail.
* Competent in using all Microsoft Office packages.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
