This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who wants to grow and develop their experience in a fast-paced, people-first environment. What Youll Be Doing: Supporting the HR team with a wide range of admin duties across the employee lifecycle Coordinating recruitment admin, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding paperwork Maintaining accurate employee records and right-to-work documentation Supporting managers with policy queries and general HR advice Assisting with absence tracking, training coordination, and general HR reporting Being a key point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries across the wider business What Were Looking For: A genuine interest in HR and people Strong admin and organisational skills with attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude CIPD Level 3 or working towards it would be a bonus but not essential HR Graduate with 1 years busy admin experience also advantageous Whats in it for you?
