They’re on the lookout for a high-energy HR Manager to join their team and make a real impact. This is a key role, working closely with the UK MD and the senior leadership team to drive the HR strategy forward.
This position offers the opportunity to work with an ambitious and supportive team while helping shape the future of HR within the organisation.
About the role
The HR Manager will be a key partner to the business, who will drive business performance through the delivery of a comprehensive and professional Human Resources advisory and coaching for the Commercial, Central Functions and Operations functions.
Main functions & responsibilities
1. Deliver HR agenda and people plans aligned with business priorities.
2. Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to deliver customer focused solutions.
3. Provide coaching and advice on any HR related queries from employees and people managers, to foster employee wellbeing, engagement and team performance.
4. Manage the full cycle of Employee Relations (grievance and disciplinary procedures, absences, performance management, etc.) in line with legal requirements and company values.
5. Build collaborative relationships with relevant Trade Unions and Employee Representatives, and lead different negotiations affecting work conditions (such as Collective Agreements, salary updates, etc.).
6. Design and implement the learning agenda by partnering with the business leaders to identify the training needs across the different teams that will enable people development plans.
7. Stay on top of business and legal context to ensure the alignment of the HR practice and agenda.
8. Produce and analyse monthly data for key stakeholders (such as legislative updates, annual appraisals, absence rates and active employee relations cases).
9. Provide end-to-end support to rollout the HR Corporate processes, ensuring legal compliance and change management.
10. Provide HR support on business projects as appropriate, such as engagement surveys, suggested outputs for improvement, etc.
11. Be a champion of Company values and role model accordingly.
12. Good collaboration and communication skills.
13. Confidentiality, empathy and discretion when dealing with people.
14. Ability to build relationships, collaborate, inspire people and drive change in the organization.
15. Effective coach and a strong influencer across a different range of stakeholders.
16. Results oriented with a passion for driving initiatives to completion and delivering on all commitments.
17. Experience of building talent and capability of the organization.
Location
* On-site, with up to 2 days of teleworking per week.
