If you are passionate about what you do, we’d love to hear from you About the role As a Senior Optimisation Engineer within Optimised, you will be part of the BeMS Engineering team, responsible for delivering optimisation works, planned preventative and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering small/medium sized projects and will have the ability to create and modify software strategies. You will manage teams on small/medium projects and interface with client project management teams What you’ll actually do Deliver BMS key project works Deliver BMS maintenance work, both onsite and remotely Develop and deploy BMS and Energy optimisation works Take accountability for tasks assigned by the Project Management team, communicating with key stakeholders to overcome obstacles and prevent delays. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal management, clients and third parties to achieve project goals Keep skills up to date with skills and developments in the role/expertise What you’ll need Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Qualified or experienced with Trend BMS systems A knowledge or experience with Cylon, ALC, Siemens or Niagara would be advantageous but not essential A knowledge and experience in Trend IQ Vision/N4 would be advantageous but not essential Must have a full, clean driving license Eligibility to work in the UK About you Ability to work as a team with a positive approach to dealing with clients and suppliers Understanding of project delivery techniques Ability to find solutions to complex problems Excellent Communication and customer service skills Flexible, positive, and committed team member, who works to high standards Promote a culture of inclusivity Self-motivated and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy or part of a team Passionate about social or environmental issues with a mission-driven mindset About us Optimised deliver quantifiable business outcomes to commercial businesses through a comprehensive suite of energy, renewables and sustainability services and technologies while driving a net zero carbon agenda.
