We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team and learn the nurse call industry, to include answering the phone, providing technical support, processing orders, logging call out requests and allocating to engineers, preparing quotations and engineer reports, obtaining purchase orders from customers and dispatching orders.
Edison Telecom have been in the nurse call business for over 40 years, we are a friendly, family run business who value our staff. We like to promote from within and reward enthusiasm, hard work and commitment.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in technology, be smart, confident and friendly and have strong administration skills, including the use of email, Excel, Word etc.
Additional training will be provided in-house.
The salary for this role will be negotiable depending upon experience and skills.
