We provide vital financial support to fair trade businesses across 47 countries, predominantly supporting smallholder farmers who, despite producing a third of the world's food, often struggle to sustain their own families.
The Role: As Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our organisation, providing crucial support to our Executive Directors, Board, and Senior Management Team. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while utilising your professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive executive support to Directors, including document management and calendar optimisation
* Support the preparation and distribution of Board and Council papers, attend Board and Management meetings, producing detailed and accurate minutes.
* Support Senior Management Team with budget tracking and reporting
* Schedule internal and external meetings, including forward planning, setting of agendas and invitations, and taking and circulating minutes to relevant parties.
* Co-ordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and senior team presentations
* Handle sensitive and confidential information and maintain confidentiality
* Monitor workplace procurement, safety compliance and documentation.
* Co-ordinate information requests and support the collection of data for internal and external stakeholders
We are Looking For Someone With:
* 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisational abilities and proven experience in meeting management
* Strong judgment in handling confidential matters
* Expertise in preparing high-quality presentations and papers
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
* Experience with collaborative tools and modern workplace technologies
