Job Description:
Are you passionate about sparking creativity in young minds? We are looking for a Creative Teacher to bring innovative ideas to our classrooms. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver elements of Design & Technology, Art, and/or Music.
The candidate will design engaging lessons, utilize cutting-edge technology, and create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant Teaching Qualification in Education
* Previous experience working with young people with additional SEN needs is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students with diverse needs
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and support individual needs
* Experience teaching Design & Technology, Art, or Music
* A commitment to promoting inclusion, equality, and diversity within the school community
* Willingness to participate in training and professional development related to SEN provision and best practices
* Experience with creative teaching methods
