This is a part-time position (16 hours per week) with flexible working hours – perfect if you're looking to contribute your skills in a meaningful way while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You'll be at the heart of our office operations, helping with day-to-day tasks like opening post, drafting letters and emails, and making sure the office is well-stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, and milk. You’ll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by supporting basic facilities tasks – such as taking meter readings and liaising with our landlord if anything needs fixing. In addition, you’ll help with simple HR and compliance admin, like reference checks, maintaining employee and contractor files, and ensuring key documents (like IR35 records) are properly filed. You don’t need to know everything already – we just ask that you’re organised, willing to learn, and have a bit of common sense. There’s also the chance to get involved in basic bookkeeping and learn new software as part of your role.
