Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the operations and administrative duties of the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Organising daily order sheet for the Machinery team.
2. Invoicing.
3. Replying to emails.
4. Processing orders.
5. Ordering garments from suppliers.
6. Sending quotes.
7. Answering phones.
8. Daily customer service.
9. Managing our company CRM (Zoho CRM).
The ideal candidate must be:
1. Self-motivated.
2. Focused.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Organised.
5. Capable of handling stressful situations.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role, and you will be working towards a Business Administration Qualification.
