Description
We are currently recruiting for a new Digital Creative Manager to join our growing team.
As Creative Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategy, management, and delivery of the agency's creative team with a primary focus on Receptional marketing initiatives to grow our client base and position ourselves as leaders within the iGaming industry. This role will involve working closely with:
* Our marketing team to lead key projects such as our website development and brand refresh roll out,
* Our new business and clients services team to identify and action upsell opportunities for our clients,
* Our service teams to lead the strategy and production for our digital creative offering.
Your responsibilities will encompass proactive planning, strategic input, efficient execution, and meticulous management of creative projects from inception to conclusion. You will balance internal marketing priorities with client delivery needs, ensuring our agency's brand messaging is consistent and compelling across all touchpoints. Central to your role will be upholding exceptional quality standards, collaborating across departments, and driving the rollout of new brand templates and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Services and service teams to ensure comprehensive and seamless delivery of both Receptional marketing and client creative projects.
* Lead the creative implementation of our new website development and brand refresh projects to position Receptional as leaders within the iGaming sector.
* Oversee the rollout of new template documents and ensure consistent brand application across all agency materials.
* Develop compelling creative assets for agency marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
* Work with the marketing team to create thought leadership content that positions the Receptional as the leading iGaming marketing agency.
* Manage the creative aspects of agency events, presentations, and pitches.
* Collaborate with new business and Client Services in generating upsell opportunities for creative with our prospect proposals and existing client strategies.
* Work closely with heads of service to integrate creative into our current offering.
* Develop and implement creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns across various channels (display, social, search, video).
* Lead and manage a team of creatives to ensure they deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.
* Collaborate closely with the service teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metrics, enabling you to add strategic input.
* Translate campaign briefs into clear creative concepts and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
* Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, including identifying opportunities, brainstorming, concept development, revisions, and final approvals.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest creative trends and best practices in performance marketing.
* Participate in client meetings as needed and internal marketing strategy sessions to identify creative opportunities, present concepts and answer questions.
* Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Conduct performance analysis of creative assets and recommend optimisations.
* Provide input into our testing framework process to improve our client work.
* Regularly evaluate resource efficiency and utilisation to maximise the profitability of deliverables.
* Take an active role in our pitch process, ensuring creative strategy is effectively showcased to potential clients.
* Training appropriate team members on fundamentals of Project Management and creative strategy when required.
* Working collaboratively with the Innovation team to review tools and solutions that allow us to improve our Project Management efficiencies through technology.

Qualifications/Experience
* At least 3-5 years of experience executing paid media creative campaigns, focusing on performance creatives.
* At least one year leading a team of creatives, providing strategic input and support on delivery and execution.
* Experience working on internal marketing initiatives, particularly website development and brand refresh projects.
* Portfolio demonstrating both B2B marketing creative and client campaign work.
* Proven track record of generating creative proposals across digital activity.
* Experience with UX and website development.

* Skills in CRO; providing strategic input and support on delivery and execution.
* Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
